Grego’s notes: “This is not only just one of my most famous Blues illustrations and designs – but it is also one of the most stolen, copied and bootlegged images I have ever created…. I must have send 50 cease and desist orders on this easily. Sadly all these fly by night t-shirt companies with facebook ads just went to town making money off my art while I spent a couple weeks shutting down their sites. Being a one man operation I dont really have the money for an attorney most times, and finding these folks and sending them takedown orders takes precious time from me making art. I even wrote the tagline on this piece, but it has been taken and put on dozens of low end products and marketed to blues fans – frustrating indeed.”
